01

Disconnect connected providers

A workspace administrator should disable the relevant connection in Zenvik and revoke Zenvik access in the provider’s own account settings.

02

Submit a deletion request

Email aepammal@gmail.com from the account address and identify the workspace, business and connected provider concerned. Never include a password or access token.

03

Identity and authority check

Zenvik verifies the requester and their authority over the workspace before deleting data that could affect other members.

04

What may be retained

Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal or transaction records may be retained when required, then removed or anonymized according to the applicable obligation.

Questions, answered

What teams ask about data deletion.

Does revoking a social provider delete Zenvik content?

No. Provider revocation stops future authorized access. Content and workspace deletion are separate requests so teams do not lose records accidentally.

Where should I send a deletion request?

Send the request to aepammal@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account and identify the workspace concerned.
